Welcome to hjtoto. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and hjtoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Service") governing your access to and use of the hjtoto website, mobile platform, and all associated betting services. By registering an account, accessing our platform, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services and refrain from creating an account.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• Account: The personal betting account registered by a User on the hjtoto platform, accessible via unique login credentials.
• Bet: A wager placed by a User on any sports event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gambling product offered by hjtoto.
• Bonus: Promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives granted by hjtoto, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): Identity verification procedures required by hjtoto to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and prevent fraud.
• Stake: The amount of money wagered by a User on a particular Bet.
• Winnings: The amount payable to a User following a successful Bet, calculated based on the applicable odds and Stake.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use hjtoto services, you must meet the following mandatory eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. hjtoto strictly prohibits minors from accessing or using the platform.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with the ability to provide valid Indonesian identification documents (KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling platform or listed on any gambling prohibition registry.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

When registering an account with hjtoto, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false information will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.
• Submit valid government-issued identification documents when requested for KYC verification purposes.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• Notify hjtoto immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

hjtoto supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, OCBC NISP, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The following deposit rules apply:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit amount: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, subject to account tier limits.
• Deposits are processed automatically and typically credited to your account within 2-5 minutes during banking hours (08:00-22:00 WIB).
• You must deposit from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• hjtoto does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

Users may withdraw funds from their hjtoto account to their registered Indonesian bank account or e-wallet. Withdrawal terms include:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal amount: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, with daily limits of Rp 200,000,000 for standard accounts and higher limits for VIP tiers.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 2-6 hours during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB) for standard accounts. VIP Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond members enjoy priority processing with reduced timeframes.
• First-time withdrawals require successful KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals may proceed without additional verification unless flagged for security review.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your verified legal name. We cannot process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• hjtoto reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10,000,000 or displaying unusual patterns.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, hjtoto requires that deposited funds be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Accounts found to be engaging in money laundering activities, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or other financial crimes will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities. All funds in such accounts will be frozen pending investigation.

4. Betting Rules and Conduct

4.1 Placing Bets

When placing bets on hjtoto, you agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after submission unless hjtoto determines a technical error occurred.
• Minimum stake per bet: Rp 1,000. Maximum stake varies by sport, market, and account tier.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applicable to your bet, even if odds change subsequently.
• hjtoto reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable bonus terms.

4.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting (including football, basketball, badminton, MotoGP, and esports), the following rules apply:

• Settlement is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, BWF, MPL Indonesia).
• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets remain valid. If postponed longer, bets are voided and stakes refunded.
• Live in-play betting odds update in real-time. hjtoto is not responsible for delays in odds updates due to technical issues or latency.
• Mix parlay (combination bets) require all selections to win for the bet to be successful. If any selection is voided, the parlay odds are recalculated without that selection.

4.3 Casino and Slot Rules

For live casino games and slot machines:

• All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and unpredictability.
• Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios. Malfunctions in the streaming connection do not invalidate game results.
• If a game round is interrupted due to disconnection, the round will complete automatically based on your last action, and results will be recorded in your game history.
• hjtoto does not guarantee the availability of any specific game title at all times. Game providers may remove or update games without notice.

4.4 Togel and Lottery Rules

For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other lottery products:

• Draw results are sourced from official third-party lottery operators (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.).
• Bets must be placed before the official draw cutoff time. Late bets will be rejected or applied to the next draw.
• Prize payouts are calculated based on the bet type (4D, 3D, 2D, etc.) and stake amount according to published payout tables.

4.5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place bets.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Arbitrage betting or exploiting odds discrepancies across platforms.
• Abusing technical errors, system glitches, or incorrect odds for personal gain.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits or claim multiple bonuses.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen or fraudulent payment methods.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

hjtoto offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are granted at hjtoto's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus has specific eligibility requirements, wagering requirements (turnover), maximum bet limits, and expiration dates as outlined in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 10x wagering requires Rp 1,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots usually contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10-50%.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw before completion forfeits the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• hjtoto reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and void winnings if bonus abuse is detected (e.g., low-risk betting strategies, bet hedging across accounts).
• VIP loyalty rewards are calculated based on monthly turnover and credited automatically according to your tier level.

6. Responsible Gaming and Account Management

hjtoto is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds to prevent excessive losses.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive reminders after specified play durations.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your account if gambling becomes problematic. Self-exclusion periods range from 1 month to permanent closure.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-ups display your session duration and win/loss summary.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the hjtoto platform—including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game designs, and underlying code—is the exclusive property of hjtoto or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any hjtoto content without prior written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, hjtoto shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or account suspensions.
• Errors or delays in game results, odds displays, or transaction processing caused by third-party service providers (payment processors, game studios, data feeds).
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain login credential security.
• Losses incurred due to gambling addiction or failure to utilize responsible gaming tools.

hjtoto's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from these Terms or your use of hjtoto services shall be resolved as follows:

• Internal Resolution: You agree to first attempt resolution by contacting hjtoto customer support at [email protected]. Our team will investigate and respond within 7 business days.
• Mediation: If internal resolution fails, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing formal legal action.
• Jurisdiction: If litigation becomes necessary, you agree that the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

hjtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward hjtoto staff or other users.
• Your account remains inactive (no login or bet activity) for 12 consecutive months. Inactive account balances below Rp 100,000 may be forfeited after 18 months of inactivity.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using hjtoto services. Any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees and penalties, subject to successful KYC verification.

11. Amendments to Terms

hjtoto reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address, notifications on the platform, or prominent notices on the homepage. Continued use of hjtoto services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.
